Service Description
Even with the best training, hypercare support is still a necessity to completely cross the finish line! Our trainers are equipped to handle the pressures of a go-live and all that comes with it. During the weeks of training, end users gain a level of trust in our trainers. That relationship provides confidence for the end user, knowing the same support will be provided until they achieve independence in their daily roles. Here’s some of the things we do while supporting for hypercare. Continuous performance coaching which increases end user confidence and abilities Training reinforcement as needed Provide any necessary system/process recommendations to improve the end user experience in SAP Work diligently with end users to develop critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in the system
